- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue- Ensure effective information-gathering and analysis is conducted in order to identify and maximize on all possible opportunities and minimize any risks - Closing the deal through a personalized proposal and negotiation - Contracting & deposit chasing - Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds- Maintain close relationship DMC´s, travel agents and event organizers

- Positioning of this recent hotel in the MICE and wedding segments with creation and development of a client’s data base combined with a personalized offer aimed at these segments (non-existing to date) - Management of enquiries, site inspections and contracting - Participation in fairs, workshops and sales blitz as hotel & resort representative (FITUR, ITB, BTL, IMEX, Confec, Tourism of Portugal workshops) - Promotion and management of leisure segment for Portugal and Spain. - Analysis and recognition of market trends to develop and apply new initiatives and strategies. - Tour Operators contracting - Contribution in the resort’s commercial strategy and decision-making process.
