With over 30 years of work experience, I am a property developer and a business strategy consultant with a passion for creating innovative solutions and delivering value to customers. I have a PMP certification and a MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, and I have expertise in competitive strategy, finance, operations and product management. My current passion is more entrepreneurial - I am the land developer at Braeburn Estates, a residential waterfront community in Ottawa that offers privacy and beautiful views to its residents. Two phases of Braeburn have launched with 25 lots, and a third phase is in progress.Previously, I was the V.P. Operations at Horizant, where I led a team of 25 professionals and facilitated a multi-million dollar improvement to profitability. Horizant customizes a world-leading real estate and asset management system for enterprise workplaces using Archibus Software, an Integrated Workplace Management Solution. At Horizant, I streamlined operations, developed and implemented HR plans for team expansion and employee retention, modernized the technical support process, and oversaw project delivery for all customers. I left Horizant in April 2022 to put more focus on my development business.
