As a partner in our firm's Labor and Employment practice group, I advise both corporate and non-profit employers on employment issues including employment agreements and policies and employee relations matters. I also head our Schools & Educational Organization practice group which provides a wide range of legal services to California independent schools. In all areas of my practice, I enjoy developing long term relationships with clients by helping them find creative solutions to difficult problems.Specialties: Employment litigation, traditional labor law, advising employers on employment law issues, advising independent schools on employee, student and board governance issues, and conducting training.
