The Third party coordinator manage all the relations with 3rd Party suppliers across the UK, and is involved with all aspects of creation, maintenance and support to all the matters regarding 3rd Party products. Also I was the primary point of contact for all the internal departments, customers and suppliers. Our team (Managed Services Contracts) represents 35 % - 40% of the total sales in the UK, in this context I was in charge of sales of around 2 million pounds per year.▪ Communicate directly with Third Party Companies to address product delivery or quality issues on behalf the Managed Service Customers.▪ Liaise with Managed Service customers for any problem regarding 3rd party product order/delivery issues.▪ Be the natural link with the Sales Administration Department for all matters/queries relating 3rd party items on customers orders.▪ Manage the price renewal process with Third Party Suppliers.▪ Update the 3rd party reporting and release the customer invoices in SAP on a monthly basis.▪ Third Party product set up on SAP. Working closely with the MSC Contract Managers, third party companies, bioMerieux Global and Local Master Data teams, to set up products for sale on SAP.▪ Create Sales Orders/Purchase Orders using SAP based on customer orders.▪ Receive and reconcile invoices from third party companies, ensuring products delivered match products orders.

I was designated in the Transportation department (responsible for the nationwide distribution of the products) to give support and make improvements in the work flow. I worked intensely to enrich the relations between the company and the suppliers. Build perdurable bonds that will allow us to know the needs of the others to find the most effective solution, with high benefits for all the members involved. The results of my plan became pretty straight forward; in less than a month the float of trucks increased by 55% (from 95 trucks to 147), and we kept the float for the upcoming months.▪ Work with on-site stakeholders, coordinate the integrated supply distribution network inthe most cost effective manner, ensuring that supplies are available when needed.▪ Work with corporate distribution leadership and warehouse operations to evaluate andmanage supply levels of all the assets inventories.▪ Participate in integration activity implementing the most appropriate supply chainmanagement practices.▪ Monitor customer satisfaction and employ feedback when considering operationalchanges.▪ Evaluate accuracy reports and determine inaccuracy root causes.▪ Implement process improvements if applicable.▪ Assist materials management with other projects as requested.
