I am Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Omega Flex, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of flexible metal hose, which is used in a variety of ways to carry gases and liquids within their particular applications.Previously I served as Assistant General Counsel at Arkema Inc., a publicly traded global chemical company. In this role, I served as the primary lawyer for two business units. I also handled corporate and M&A work and business disputes, and I served as counsel to the information technology IT group. Prior to that, I served as Assistant General Counsel of Unisys Corporation, a publicly traded global information technology company, with responsibilities for mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, public and private financings, board governance and the corporate secretary's office.
