Through the facilitation of account planning workshops, focus sales teams' efforts on creating value, customized to the goals of their customers, Twenty+ years of coaching, leadership, training, and sales experience.Serve as subject matter expert for the purpose of writing training modules in the areas of specialty pharmacies, payers and PBMs, integrated delivery networks, hospital selling, Medicare and Medicaid, and the distribution and financial impact of specialty drugs.Demonstrated success in delivering national and international (live and virtual) training in the areas of sales skills, account management, conflict resolution, leadership development, coaching, change management, and negotiation.Proven track record of success selling in: academic medical centers, hospitals and health systems, private and public sectors, infusion centers, and single-specialty physician group practices.Experience with the buy-and-bill system for distribution and reimbursement of provider-administered outpatient drugs.Effectively execute leadership coaching focused on operationalizing the designed methodology - including competency assessment and follow-up development.Responsible for designing, writing, and delivering training courses – including initial needs analysis, skills assessment, course design, and delivery of year-long training programs.Adept at adjusting facilitation and presentation style to the needs of various generations: Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials.Sales leadership including, but not limited to, the areas of oncology, biologics, vaccines, and HIV.Strong knowledge of, and experience training, various sales methodologies.Significant sales training experience with account managers responsible for selling to SMB, SME/"Mid-Market," and large enterprise.
