Responsible for prospecting and engaging new business in consumer small to medium sized business segment, growing market share, retaining, managing, and penetrating existing business accounts, cold-calling and prospecting, processing orders, forecasting and reporting sales, and building and managing sales funnels/pipeline

As a Solutions Manager, I have the opportunity to energize not only our customers at our Retail Store but also my own sales team! In this role, I fully support the delivery of the ultimate customer experience by working with my solutions sales team to manage customer wait times, resolve customer issues, and assist with customer transactions as needed. I model excellent customer service by demonstrating and holding my team accountable for developing product expertise and providing the highest levels of professionalism and courtesy to all customers. I also manage store merchandise and layout to align with store merchandising plans. As a Solutions Manager, I effectively manage the performance of my team, by assessing and tracking performance; this includes meeting and exceeding assigned quotas, and implementing development plans for any existing skill gaps. To ensure my team contributes to the growth of a loyal VZW customer base, I provide ongoing development, training, and coaching that inspires and motivates. Additionally, I utilize a wide range of people and operational management skills to optimize the customer and employee experience and maintain the health of daily and long-term store functions, including analyzing store staffing needs, providing hiring and promotion decisions, reporting financial and sales status, managing cash and inventory levels, and ensuring that compliance, sales, and retention objectives are met. Ultimately, as a retail leader, my ability to build, motivate, and manage a strong sales team helps keep Verizon Wireless at the forefront of the technology solutions landscape.
