Experienced Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer with a demonstrated history of working successfully in multiple sectors within the Healthcare and Non-Profit fields. Early on, Susan developed critical team-building skills as an Olympic level gymnast. In college, she led her team to their first NCAA team victory, as well as winning the NCAA All-Around title. Susan's affinity for coaching began as soon as she started her journey as an athlete, which she has successfully developed over her extensive business career.In addition to being proficient at encouraging and facilitating systems change scaling for long term sustainability, Susan has demonstrated skills to help increase employee engagement and unification, resulting in increased employee satisfaction scores.
