I am an Operations/Reservoir Engineer for E. TX, N. LA Team, leading the continuous improvement effort to maximize the drilling process. I advise the E. TX and Eaglebine teams on water sourcing and Regulatory compliance matters. I coordinate the outside operated work- over program a well as the PXA and recompletion program for E. TX and N. LA.-I reduced the workflow process time by 25% for future drilling locations as project manager for continuous improvement.-I mentored an trained members of 12 teams in process revisions, discussing the overall big picture of group interactions and the importance of individual roles, process timing and completion of procedures to reach scheduled goals.

As Senior Staff Engineer for Onshore Regulatory Group, I advised the E. TX./N. LA team and field office on water sourcing and permitting, wetland management, mitigation bank development and wetland and pipeline permitting. I also have testified at hearings with the Texas RRC. I have established and built rapport with local and federal agencies to reach and maintain compliance.-I managed and secured over 120 annual water permits and 5 long term contracts for water sources for E. TX/LA and Eaglebine drilling. I collaborated with 7 local groundwater conservation districts, 4 river authorities and 6 federal agencies to establish permits for water withdrawal (48 million barrels) for fracturing.-I directed and coordinated ongoing operations to develop 2 mitigation banks to service the E. TX area, which will allow hundreds of wells to be drilled.

-I identified 60 wells with recompletion potential by constructing production trends and reserve distribution plots , cross-sections, log analysis comparisons of 15 shallow sands. This was the forerunner of a successful recompilation program.

-I evaluated and recommended over 50 wells in S. TX area, which added over 30 million BOE to reserves.-I created new South Texas play with multi-disciplined team by drilling discovery well in Frost field. This play supported most of the drilling program for the S. Texas Region.

As Reservoir Engineer and team leader for 2 separate teams for ARK-LA-TX area,- I recommended and drilled 80 wells, conducted acquisition evaluations, successfully acquiring Kelly Oil and Gas Properties.I was also a reservoir engineer for the Exploration team, conducting evaluations of decision trees, reserve distributions with a team of Geologists to grow the Gulf Coast area.

-I evaluated over 20 projects for acquisition or sale.-I evaluated end of year reserves and drilling studies for many companies.
