Founded a coalition of social workers, attorneys, law enforcement people, judges, department of social services, other mental health workers to develop a strategic plan for children who were being molested. Consulted to DSS and was an Expert Witness qualified in every county in Massachusetts.

Consulting Psychologist to Deaf Education throughout the state. Required fluency in sign language and to evaluate all the schools for the deaf operating in Massachusetts.
