Hired Full Time in August 2016 to create a customer-service and store-service department following success in contract roles involving resolving complaints and managing TD’s social media presence. Selected, trained, and managed a team of 5, coaching them on empathy and reducing tension with customers. Designed problem-resolution processes, protected the brand, working closely with VP'S, regional managers, operation managers, and brand managers on BBB, Attorney General, and customer complaints.Trained team on handling a customer complaint from start to finish, while producing a positive outcome. Trained team on software, and defined the communications, protocols and standards.Instituted standards that reduced customer complaint backlog from 400 outstanding issues to a daily balance of less than 20 issues.Collected data and monitored KPIs to create accountability. At Dentium USA, I promoted state-of-the-art products—used for dental implant placement/restoration and sinus surgery—to surgeons and staff across 6 Midwest states. Within a highly competitive industry with a loyal surgeon customer base, I successfully shifted long-held loyalty, building product visibility and new customer sales via doctor visits, seminars, and tradeshow presentations. In this role, I was honored with invitations to attend dozens of surgeries, allowing me to strengthen my understanding of a range of procedures and techniques. I also dramatically increased the volume of university partnerships in my territory.

I established Crown Connections to distribute dental prosthetics between laboratories and dentists based in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and Tennessee. As the business took off (revenue grew from $0 to $700K within 2 years), I conceptualized and built an in-house laboratory to improve product quality-control and service reliability. I managed all aspects of sales, marketing, and operations including hiring and training 8 high-performing employees. Strategic planning included launching a highly successful seminar program and procuring a $100K piece of equipment that enabled the company to remain viable in a rapidly consolidating industry.
