I am a successful Credit Risk Manager working for a multi billion dollar world leader in mineral-based specialty solutions for the industry. I specialize in protecting the assets of IMERYS by minimizing risks while maximizing sales and profitability for our divisions 12 business units in the USA. I have direct expertise in Risk Analysis, Collection Management, Finance, Customer Service, Budgeting, and Audit Compliance. As a Credit Risk Manager, I am responsible for the management of 3rd party agency as well as internal collection experts. I have reduced the reserve account by 500K, reduced bad debt write off from 750K to zero annually, decreased DSO globally by 5 points, reduced 91+ delinquencies from 1.8 million to 178K, with the 178K balance related to disputes. I developed a credit matrix for approval of high level accounts limits and established tools to insure continual limit monitoring with sensitivity for sole sourced customers. These accomplishments have allowed me to focus on analyzing accounts daily to insure strong healthy customer balances free of delinquencies and to foster healthy retention practice.I work in credit management as I love building customer and internal relationships. When I’m not working, I am likely spending my time camping with family and friends at coastal beaches or California wine resorts, devouring my husband’s incredibly fantastic cooking, or working outside in the gardens. I love traveling to historical landmarks, missions, and battlegrounds to listen to the docents re-enact the events that brought us all to where we are today in this fabulous country we live in.
