I have reduced the reserve account by 500K, reduced bad debt write off from 750K to zero annually, decreased DSO globally by 5 points, reduced 91+ delinquencies from 1.8 million to 178K, with the 178K balance related to disputes. I developed a credit matrix for approval of high level accounts limits and established tools to insure continual limit monitoring with sensitivity for sole sourced customers.
