Defined long-term strategies to resolve and redeploy customer base.Application Portfolio Rationalization Program Manager: 2010-2014Completed a five year enterprise strategy to reduce our application portfolio by 50%. After 4 years we eliminated 43% of our portfolio with an estimated savings of over $1.5M annually. This work led to funding a long-term program to consolidate policy administration and claim systems. Within this program, I led a project to deliver enhancements to our Policy Administration System and consolidated multiple Policy Submissions Systems.. These programs had a budget of $2.5M and were delivered on time within expected budget. Systems Manager: 2005-2014Managed applications supporting Group Life, Disability and Long Term Care products. These systems supported an in-force block of over $5 Billion in annual premium. My team included over 20 resources in 4 locations; including outsourcing partners in India. Accomplishments include significant cross training teams and multiple project deliveries with focus on technology upgrades, problem resolution, IT and business cost efficiencies.
