I have a particular passion for improving the usability of geeky applications and tools for technical users; the concepts they are working with are complex enough, the UI for their tools shouldn't be. I have worked for smallish companies where I have supported all aspects of UX from customer needs/product definition, interface design, validation/prototype testing, all the way through to beta release and out-of-box usability testing. I have always worked with multidisciplinary project teams, often with international team members, and am comfortable working closely with product managers and communicating with C-level executives. Currently, I am enjoying growing my skills with quantitative UX for RXO Enterprise applications.
