A former Visiting Professor of Professional Practice at New School University’s Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy Susan designed and launched a masters’ degree in organizational change management and served as Acting Chair of both the Human Resource Management Program and Organizational Change Managment Program. Susan received New School University’s Distinguished Teaching Excellence Award in September 2001.
