Established and executed Demand Management and Prioritization processes for all business and IT initiatives impacting the teams. Managed the Culture Action Team at the VP level.

Managed of three vendor development teams, the System/DevOps team, and the Agile Transformation Office. Ensured the use of consistent and current agile practices across multiple Agile Release Trains / Large Solutions. Collaborated with business partners to ensure timely delivery of business value for 36 applications. Strategically planned for the modernization and retirement of legacy applications.

Manager of the Product Development Cross-Portfolio team. Provided guidance across portfolios to properly define, size, prioritize, and execute initiatives that delivered value to customers using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Led the Agile Transformation Office responsible for defining and implementing Large Solutions (Value Streams) across multiple supply areas. Implemented the use of a Portfolio Management tool, including Connected Kanban activities, and captured consistent metrics for stakeholder reporting.

Managed the efforts of the Centralized Agile Transformation Office to ensure consistency and best practices are established across the enterprise. Created work streams and SAFe / Agile Communities of Practice to support the effort . Developed a comprehensive training curriculum to increase the level of agile maturity across teams. Certified as a SAFe Program Consultant, including the Advanced ScrumMaster certification. Actively trained and coached multiple teams, attending Sprint and PI Planning Events and ceremonies, helped teams with roadmap planning and user story creation. Worked with subject matter experts to establish DevOps and System Teams to support the enterprise.

Agile Leader: Established and led the Agile Center of Excellence, managing the overall efforts of the CoE with 12 team members. Led two sub-teams for Training / Tools and Continuous Improvement. Established the 1000+ member Agile User Community and also an Agile User Forum for sharing best practices.RTE / ScrumMaster / Project Manager: Recognized by peers and management as a leader in the organization, managing several multi-million dollar projects to completion on schedule and under budget. Consistently assigned to high visibility, mission-critical, domestic and international initiatives requiring interaction with all levels of management. Employed agile methodologies to deliver a two year project in one year and significantly reduced defects. Change Agent: Championed project/process improvement initiatives to establish best practices, resource/demand management solutions, and consistency in project management behaviors. Collaborated with the Demand / Portfolio Governance team to utilize the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to drive portfolio and program management efforts for waterfall and agile projects.

Taught project management classes in the evening PM Certification program. The classes covered all areas of the PM Body of Knolwedge (PMBOK), and included team projects that were assessed by a panel of instructors.
