I have fifteen years' experience working with private clients. I advise on all aspects of private client work – in particular wills, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney and asset protection. I am a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly, the specialist organisation for legal professionals with a particular interest in advising older clients.I regularly give talks to local charitable and other voluntary organisations about topical legal subjects. I am also a notary public, one of only about 800 in the country. I provide notarial services both to private indivudals and to companies right across West Yorkshire.I have links with several local charities and play an active role in the Huddersfield branch of the National Childbirth Trust, raising money for local families.Specialties: 1.
