As Director of the Office of Graduate Services, I am responsible for the vision, leadership, and direction of programs matching U.S. clerkship and residency positions for over 1,000 applicants and more than 200 residency programs through the DPM Clerkships, Central Application Service for Podiatric Residencies (CASPR) and Centralized Residency Interview Program (CRIP) client service operations. My responsibilities include strategy, staffing, quality, procedures, processes, communications, risk management, and financial outcomes. I also serve as staff liaison to the Council of Teaching Hospitals--its committees and membership. I am responsible for staff execution of the Councils goals and objectives, meeting contracts and logistics, and its continuing medical education offerings, and residency development efforts. Show less
