The main task for the reestablishment of the company is to assist the principal architect-owner in developing and improving the company's operational, communication and reporting systems whilst supervising construction projects. Susan solely developed the company's Project Management Online System, and the Gaudan.org Website. She is also the designer, layout artist, and copywriter of the company's Corporate Profile. She also writes progress and financial reports, company memos and contracts, and checks written outputs of staff members relating to project management.She wrote the Architectural Apprenticeship Handbook, the compressed version of the National Building Code and Plumbing Code, and developed the training plan and modules for engineers and architects.

Responsible for the over-all finance operation of the business, she drafted and implemented strategic finance plans and objectives of the company. She oversaw the revenue and cash flow and monitored financial projection be aligned with revenue targets and well defined and achievable. Business Development was one of the primary functions. As one of the incorporators, she sat as a director and in charge of overall strategic and technological affairs. She wrote, designed and developed the company profile, identity and business plan. She was behind the day-to-day operations of the company in terms of office administration.ICNI provided management consulting services in human resource, organizational development, information technology and marketing. It prides itself with clients such as Caltex, Megalink, San Miguel Corp., RFM, Unioil, Mead Johnson, Rusty Lopez, etc.

As executive assistant, she reported directly to the Secretary of Labor, ex-officio commissioner of SSS. Her tasks include writing communiqués, formulating the yearly budget and programs of theoffice and reporting to the Department of Labor regarding SSS matters and concerns. She conceptualized and formulated the system behind “Tulong-Sulong Center”, the public assistance center of the office in the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

She was tasked directly by the Executive Secretary to the President of the Republic of the Philippines to research on issues and concerns deemed necessary and significant by him.
