As president, I had fiduciary responsibility to an organization of 350 employees and an annual budget of $200 million. I oversaw the complete operations and business development of home care, hospice and palliative care. Key Achievements:► Grew the certified home care program at MJHC from a census of 1,950 to 5,200 making it the largest hospice and palliative care program in New York► Spearheaded acquisition and integration of Jacob Perlow Hospice, which made MJHC the largest hospice in the city.► Directed MJHS to became the first home care agency to have an evidence-based, heart failure disease management program certified by The Joint Commission.► Presided over several growth project including the renovation of a hospice residence in Riverdale; the building of a hospice residence in the Bronx; and breaking ground of the Menorah Skilled Nursing Center pediatric hospice residence.
