Founder of several tech initiatives with experience in enterprise technology, patents, networks and security, business development and new technologies. Successfully financed, acquired and sold various organizational assets. Facilitated $100 million merger with a publicly held telecommunications business, pursued litigation with various publicly held companies and successfully negotiated cash settlements from $100 thousand to $52 million. My board experience shows the breadth and depth of my experience as I have served on the boards of various industries including financial institutions, healthcare, media, higher education, and a public/private government foundation focusing on economic development.
