Led the IoT team which was created to establish and progress GCP's IoT and digital presence. The team’s flagship initiative, Verifi, is a complex electro-mechanical industrial control system for the ready mix industry that combines sensor technology with predictive analytics to measure and manage concrete in transit; the capability represents a new category in the ready mix concrete industry.

Reorganized and led the technology and client delivery organization for the leader in place-based social media. Developed processes and standards while infusing the company with an improved culture around productivity and service excellence. Implemented process improvements in accounting and HR. Right-sized the organization against revenue.

EVP, Global Client DeliveryProvided a global set of clients strategic direction and leadership in localized website portal solutions (search, ontology, ratings, reviews, and revenue-based advertising products). Opened, staffed and managed offices in Amsterdam and Melbourne with client delivery personnel: Business Analysts, UI Designers, and Project Managers.2001 - 2008. EVP, Technology & Operations.As the founding technology executive, grew organization from inception to $40,000,000 in top line sales while creating PMO, technology, operations, and service delivery processes and organizations. Enabled the evolution of an early stage business concept into a compelling global offering in the local search market.

Founding technology executive for a start-up providing a scalable storefront service for small websites and contextual merchandising services for portals and medium-sized retail websites. Oversaw the software development, operations, quality assurance, account management, and customer service organizations.

For a consulting services firm, headed up the expansion from primarily government projects to commercial business clients. Developed the strategic and tactical direction for the newly developed Customer Service and Support Practice. Served as the Program Manager for the largest client projects.
