Carried out gender assessment of the consortium and its member organizations to develop gender mainstreaming strategy and partner development plan. Gender assessment to member organizations includes PSEA (prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) and develops PSEA code of conduct for the consortium.

Have to assist the Governance Program Manager and acting crucial role to support Oxfam’s local partner organisations and networks to implement a range of projects by performing a mentoring, accompaniment and training function and Organisation Development support to partners as well as working closely with the Oxfam technical team while focusing on improving quality humanitarian and development interventions for sustainable change in Myanmar.
