Ms. Eberle is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Buffalo and obtained her law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1982. She is admitted to practice in New York State and the Federal District Court for the Western District of New York. Ms. Eberle has concentrated her practice of law in the area of general liability insurance defense with a focus on medical malpractice, health care law, professional disciplinary proceedings, construction law, automobile and truck liability.Ms. Eberle has extensive litigation and trial experience in both federal and New York State courts. Her appellate experience includes briefs submitted to the United States Supreme Court and the New York State Court of Appeals and appearances before the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeal, The New York State Court of Appeals, and the New York State Appellate Division, Fourth Department.Ms. Eberle is a member of the Erie County Bar Association where she has served as a member of the Negligence, Medical Malpractice and Health Care Law Committees. Ms. Eberle also serves on the Liaison Committee with the Erie County Medical Association and Erie County Bar Association. She is a member of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.Ms. Eberle has lectured on behalf of the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, and the Liaison Committee on the topic of medical malpractice. Ms. Eberle has been named in Buffalo Business First’s “Who’s Who in Law” and multiple times as an Upstate New York Super Lawyer.
