As I transitioned to the Development Department, my responsibilities included keeping the development database well organized as well as organizing various events, including ribbon cuttings, donor acknowledgment receptions, homecomings, clay shoots, and tennis tournaments.● During my tenure, I was able to establish strong relationships with potential donors, which proved instrumental as our team secured both small and large gifts. Additionally, I structured a board of 36 volunteers to facilitate Parent Teacher Fellowship opportunities for small and large annual events throughout the school year.● I led the successful launch of the Alumni Parent Prayer Group, which fostered engagement with students, parents, and faculty. ● Furthermore, I designed and initiated a robust record-keeping system of forms to optimize database management for an admissions status pipeline.● Finally, I retrieved the Facebook alumni page and increased its following to over 500 users over three months. This was achieved through close collaboration with teachers to identify potential followers; increasing post frequency, writing, and publishing articles; and founding Google alerts for student-athletes.Proficient in Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge and Admission's Edge.
