In 2014, after three decades working in fixed-income markets, including running global bond trading operations for both Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, she founded OpenDoor Trading, the first fully anonymous, all-to-all, bond trading platform to address liquidity concerns and facilitate large block trading in the least liquid segments of the U.S. Treasury Market. Her leadership as President & CEO of OpenDoor led to the execution of billions of dollars in trades, benefiting a wide range of institutional clients.
