Susan E. Tierney is a Associate Director of Research, Office of Prospect Development at Cornell University. Colleagues describe her as "Sue is one of those rare souls who are able to step up in almost any circumstance and do it with a sense of cheer and authentic optimism. The Office of the Dean of Students at Cornell is one of the most challenging at the university because of the wide range of projects and constant parade of fires to be dealt with, including students at risk. Working with Sue was always a great pleasure and I know that her current job in Development has enabled her to give even more to Cornell. Her impact on the school has been nothing short of amazing."
