As the senior executive for the FBI’s Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) program, I lead the agency’s efforts to prevent the use of the world’s most dangerous weapons against the U.S. I oversee the development and execution of the national strategy to include operations, human resources, budget formulation and execution, public affairs, congressional affairs, legal, internal and external communications, private sector engagement and technology. Our success is based upon building cross functional and diverse teams of scientists, technologists, investigators, analysts and professional support staff. Collaboration and partnerships are at the core of my leadership approach, both within my organization and across the WMD community.
