Susan Fishman is a seasoned real estate professional who quickly achieved industry recognition in Manhattan's Upper West Side neighborhood, where she focuses her business and also calls home. Most recently, Susan was responsible for a five-building sponsor conversion, and is skilled in handling new development sales, as well as condo and co-op conversions. With a background in start-ups and corporate business development, Susan is a data-driven broker with expert marketing knowledge and savvy negotiation techniques that are essential qualities when making a deal successful. What is most satisfying to Susan is the appreciation from her clientele, and the repeat business and referrals they bring as a result. With relationships built upon trust and accessibility, Susan seamlessly guides her customers through the often stressful transaction process. Susan is a Washington D.C. native and graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Her early career ambitions brought her to Capitol Hill where she worked with the Washington Post Company at the height of the dot.com boom, managing contracts for Fortune 500 companies. In 2001, after creating an online presence for another dot.com firm, Susan was recruited by Citigroup and moved to New York to lead the digital launch of their women's financial services division. Outside of work, Susan is an active real estate investor with her family. She sits on the Board of Trustees for Congregation B'nai Jeshurun Synagogue in her Upper West Side neighborhood, a cooking enthusiast who makes meals for a local homeless shelter, and is a fitness enthusiast having run several Spartan Races.
