Much of my customer service skills comes from the military. I have a very eclectic work experience, from working with truckers in the transportation industry to taking calls in a call center environment. It's this varied experience that enables me to easily adapt to new situations and learn to take control and get things done!My current employer, Cloud 10, is by far the best job that I have ever held. I have learned much from my colleagues and supervisors, and everyone is always willing to answer questions and help me to grow in my position.
