Junior UI/UX Designer: Worked with our lead designer to enhance both internal and external UI/UX. This included creating mock-ups, running usability tests, and giving design presentations. I created icons, web designs, a set of cursors for in-house software, and explored future interactivity for our customer UI.Engineering Case Analyst: Segmented cardiac CT scans through custom software to create 3D models of the myocardial arteries. Through computational fluid dynamics and proven equations, the fractional flow reserve (FFR) can be found in the arteries. This information is crucial to cardiac doctors who are assessing and treating patients with heart disease. This role requires a high attention to detail for an extended period of time and an appreciation for quality.

Conducted research for the formation of a citizen science project website. The goal was to combine the benefits of both computers and humans for a more efficient method of collecting scientific data, but also to better understand the relationship between citizen science, gaming, and motivation. http://citizensort.org
