I worked with the group to create an internal infrastructure, governance model, strategic and financial plan. From there, I was able to increase membership, hold a record-breaking annual scientific meeting in terms of attendance and revenue, and coordinate the largest assay proficiency panel to-date [at that time] with 36 labs in 10 countries. Results were published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
