With over 30 years of experience in establishing and growing two companies in different market sectors, I developed skills in building organizations from scratch, working with people to better serve our clients, and establishing great reputations for the companies. As the President of Senior Helpers, I led a team of office staff and caregivers who provide outstanding in-home care to clients with various needs and preferences. Using skills developed in 20 years of executive search, I recruited and trained hundreds of employees, assessed prospective clients' needs and set care plans, and developed relationships with referral sources such as doctors, hospital social workers, and assisted living facilities. I managed the company's growth through multiple external challenges, including a major recession and the COVID pandemic. I have a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. The next step in my career is to put those skills to use for an employer who wants to develop their team and please their clients.
