As Disabilty Manager I had the pleasure of leading a team of claims professionals through a rapidly changing and often challenging work environment. While at CUMIS I had the opportunity to be a part of Toastmasters International which gave me experience in public speaking and was the catalyst for new opportunities in training, coaching, and leadership roles for me.
