Consulting, problem solving and educating my clients on all the changes that affect everyone if they are involved with real estate, is a responsibility. Thankfully, I have earned my client's trust by giving great service, having a solution to what ever the goal is and giving them a successful outcome. My career has included several years of selling new and custom homes. This position educated me on the different phases of construction and all the choices that go into building a “dream home”. I can add information while walking through a house that buyers may not notice, or on the other side, point out what is important to buyers from a selling standpoint. My first job out of high school was working for a strong female who showed me women can run things. In a time when that was not the.norm, it affected me for sure. After that, I always owned all or part of where I chose to work. I like being creative and problem solving. A big part of real estate is finding that needle in a hay stack that keeps things interesting. It’s much more challenging now, but I don’t really give up easily. Whether it’s changing listing information trying to figure out who that house is going to appeal to, or trying to find properties that the buyer may not have considered, it keeps things moving. Truthfully, I love selling real estate! It's challenging and changes daily. I have worked with renters to CEOs, it matters not. Lots, acreage, new homes, resale homes, foreclosures, short sales, waterfront, horse farms, income producing, you name it. I have a history and have done a lot, my experience definitly counts!
