In retirement I am focused on my community-building roles on the Central School District 13J Board, The Monmouth Independence Community Foundation Board, and the Monmouth Independence YMCA Board (Advisory Council). In addition, I continue to work in the field of rental real estate development and management, through my company Graham Oregon Properties, LLC. **Susan has more than fifteen years of experience assisting family businesses, entrepreneurs, high net-worth individuals, executive groups and closely-held entities with their domestic and cross-border tax issues. Susan works with EY clients across the US and around the globe.Susan has experience in income tax planning and tax efficient entity structuring, plus US estate and wealth transfer planning (including charitable, life insurance and gifting strategies) for US citizens and green card holders, as well as non-US citizens/residents with US-based investment and familial connections. She has significant experience with cross-border tax compliance and income and estate tax planning, and has assisted participants in the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (OVDP), Streamlined Disclosure and other foreign disclosure programs.
