Susan Hadley is the Records Manager for the Delaware law firm of Morris James LLP and also an Adjunct Professor for Delaware Law School’s paralegal division, where she currently teaches two classes: (1) Computer Technology and the Law and (2) eDiscovery. Additionally, she is the Secretary for the Richard K. Herrmann Technology Inn of Court as well as the Treasurer for ARMA Keystone. Susan has participated in NBI's CLE program co-teaching courses entitled (1) Unleashing the Power of Microsoft Office and Adobe for Lawyers and (2) Going Paperless and Beyond: Attorney's Guide to a Mobile Law Practice. Susan was a paralegal in Wilmington for 26 years and specialized in intellectual property litigation for the last 21 of those years before becoming a Records Manager. Along with the usual responsibilities of a litigation paralegal, she also managed a busy practice group which has been “paperless” for three decades. Susan received her BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland in 1988 and her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Delaware in 1991.
