Susan was awarded an MBE for services to entrepreneurship and innovation in the Queen’s Honors 2018. Also in 2018, Susan was made a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and named a BIMA 100 CEO and Leaders shaping the digital industry . She is a Freeman of the City of London. Born in the USA, Susan has resided in the UK since 1985, and now divides her time between the USA and UK.Susan is the founder of Hallam, one of the UK's top digital marketing agencies. Her professional life is enhanced by years of volunteering in the arts and heritage sector, currently as a museum and gardens guide at the Ringling Museum in Sarasota.
