I love talking to people, hearing their dreams and seeing how they decorate and design their homes. It gives me great joy to be a part of their design journey. I’ve consulted thousands of people over the years on surfaces, products and ideas for their homes and I love to see those ideas being embraced and transformed in their personal spaces! I visit our guests homes to measure and draft blueprint style floor plans using a Leica Disto laser measure tool and an iPad running Measure Square software. I measure for any need our customers have. Mainstyle Flooring started with flooring 30+ years ago but has branched out to also cover: countertops and backsplash’s, window treatments, bathroom remodels, and kitchen remodels. In years past I was a Master at hand drawn floor plans. I have transferred that knowledge to go digital and paperless. Earning the title Master Measure Specialist over the course of thousands of homes measured, I can create a digital or hand drawn floorplan for a 3000 sq ft house in about an hour! I have used the software 20/20, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Floorsoft for this position. I have done numerous trial runs to find the best software for my position, and I’m always looking for better options to help our customers make their design dreams come true!

While taking on a full time scheduled course load, I was an administrative assistant for Charlie Sims in the Paramedic Studies Department. My main duties while working at “work study” included data entry, filing, organizing student data and organizing study and testing materials.

Honda Civics are 100% inspected and tested for quality before being released for the American market. The export market expects a lot more and they undergo a multi page process of extra inspections. I was in charge of inspecting and documenting the process for all export cars made during my employment at HMIN.When export cars were not in production my job rotated between test driving, and inspection. This included driving cars from the production line onto a dynamo-meter or a "Dyno" machine, into a water testing phase and then through a road course. From that point I would then visually inspect the cars to test for paint defects, and flush mount of doors, trunks, and other lines. I did all of these tests daily. While employed with Honda, I was 1 of only 4 associates who was trained to complete all testing.

As a Quality Control Specialist I inspected painted plastic parts for flaws that would not meet customer requirements. At Erler’s we 100% inspected every part to ensure that each piece shipped out was at or above customer expectation. During 2010 I worked exclusively as an Accounts Payable clerk when business picked up and help was needed. My main duties at that time were to enter in all accounting items in the database; also I helped maintain inventory counts, by entering in a daily walk through total of goods on the shop floor.

From start to finish, as a Project Coordinator I received all information from clients pertaining to the build or repair of plastic injection molds, from that point I would break down all information into goals, head team meetings to kick off projects, and keep in contact with department heads and track daily progress of the project. At the end of each project I would oversee the process of testing the molds for completion, and arrange shipment of either the molds themselves or of the parts ordered from the molds.
