- Strategic consulting and procurement for the Food & Beverage Team within the Strategic Sourcing Department based in Las Vegas, NV by sourcing, negotiating and implementing national contracts for 40 hotel/casino properties across the United States as part of Caesars Entertainment- Choosing suppliers that the company will negotiate with and maintain the legal interaction with them to include RFQ/RFP, SLA, or any other type of Master Agreement that may be in place between the suppliers and the company.- SKU reduction, budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.
