As an internal medicine and addiction physician, I witnessed the possibilities for behavior change in the setting of a strong patient-clinician relationship. In my current work as a health coach, I use the same approach to help people set and work towards their health and relationship goals.We constantly make choices which affect the health of our bodies, minds and relationships. Unfortunately, we often find ourselves repeating negative behaviors which prevent us from reaching our optimum health and establishing rewarding relationships because we don't see alternatives or those options feel too onerous.Working together, we will develop your vision of a healthy life and satisfying relationships and determine a path towards these goals, so you can take manageable steps to achieve them.
