I serve as National Counsel and coordinate complex litigation for a major international manufacturer nationwide. I developed the strategy and created a comprehensive discovery and defense coordination system. I designed and supervised the implementation of electronic systems and other tools for streamlining the defense. Much of my litigation work involves cutting-edge complex scientific and medical issues, including the human health effects of various chemicals and processes.I advise clients on warnings for hazardous materials including engineered nanomaterials and oversee my firm's Nanotechnology subgroup. I focus on hazardous materials legislative and regulatory compliance. I have lobbied on such issues in various states and written and spoken on these developments.I advise clients on electronic discovery, records management, and records retention. I am a participant in Sedona Conference Working Group One. I have been appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court to its Commission on Technology and the Courts. I currently chair my firm's Training Committee and serve on my firm's Business Development and Women's Initiatives committtees.Specialties: Litigating Products Liability (incl.
