For client General Motors : Customer Order Fulfillment program : A stocking business process change for the national sales companies and dealerships in General Motors across europe, where specifically I program managed the implementations in Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium and Holland.> End to end management of the implementations from startup of the implementations through to handover to an ongoing support team involving multi-company and multi-locational teams> Provide key implementation support to local customer, create and maintain local project plan, risk and issue management, status reporting> Provide training support and expertise knowledge for business process changes and the supporting system European Order Fulfillment.
