Music Services administers the licensing and royalty administration for over 250,000 music compositions and master recordings. We represent all genres of music and service our client's interests both domestically and internationally. In particular, I handle Artist and Producer Royalties and licensing requests for Inpop Records, Christ For The Nations Music, and City of Peace Media Group.

Managed record production of “Women of Faith Worship” and “Women of Faith & Friends Hope and Grace”, and "America's Favorite Hymns" CD's. Responsible for producer negotiations, recording budget approvals and processing, master and mechanical use license negotiations, working with designer on CD packaging to final art files. Feed The Children: I managed all aspects of the record production and manufacturing for "America's Favorite Hymns" CD including negotiating gratis master and mechanical use licenses with artist management, record labels and music publishers which enabled profits from album sales to go towards the support of the non-profit organization. Responsibilities included hiring graphic designer, creating copy, mastering the album, negotiating pricing and overseeing printing and manufacturing of product and shipment into warehouse.

As Creative Product Owner for Avon Voices, a global online Singing Talent Search and Songwriting Competition, I was responsible for timely delivery of all creative content to web developers for global website updates. This included management of graphic design process, copywriting services, art direction and video production services. Complete process was managed utilizing Agile Project Management to bridge the gap between creative content and web developers.

Responsible for A&R administration of Word and Warner Nashville artists, and forproduction and manufacturing for Word Entertainment. Created a team to meetphysical and digital release schedules. Managed a staff of up to 11 employees.• Restructured three departments at Word Entertainment (A&R, Creative andProduction) into one department to maximize efficiency and increase buying powerfor CD and print materials. This reorganization produced a significantly reduced CDmanufacturing price.• Worked daily with Word & Warner Nashville A&R and Marketing staffs and recordand video producers, to achieve the record or video desired within budget and ondeadline.• Negotiated and acquired new master tape vault contract for fireproof, climate controlledstorage of the complete Word tape catalog consisting of 75,000 audioand video tapes created over 50 years.• Supervised cataloging project of Word master tapes into Warner Music Groupdatabase. Enabled the company to successfully re-purpose assets into new product.• Worked with WEA Studio Services in Burbank, CA to successfully digitize the Wordcatalog for Digital Release.• Implemented use of satellite staff at the Burbank, CA Warner Music Group office.Increased technology capabilities to expedite delivery and ingestion of masters intothe WEA Studio System more economically.• Prepared cost-cutting proposal for Warner Nashville Studio, saving thecompany third party studio costs.• Implemented master tape delivery requirements based on recommendations fromNARAS Producer and Engineer Wing. Responsible for A&R Administration and Production for as many as five record labels - Arista Nashville, Career Records, Arista Austin, Arista Texas, and Reunion Records. Managed staff of 5 employees. Oversee A&R Administration - payment of artist recoupable costs, artist advances, recording costs, video costs, tour support. Oversee all record production from label copy to print production of graphics to manufacturing of discs.• Successfully transitioned A&R Administration responsibilities from Arista NY to Arista Nashville.• Submitted proposal to manage all production responsibilities locally creating increased autonomy from Arista NY, and successfully transitioned production from NY to Nashville.• Worked with BMG Senior VP of Purchasing/Production in NY to host first ever CD Summit in Nashville. This event brought together national CD manufacturers and independent mastering engineers to confer on best methods of creating production masters for quality assurance of manufactured CD product.

Paid all recording costs, worked with A&R reps and independent producers to bring content in on budget and on time. Also managed label copy flow from producers to creative, and proofed CD and book packaging.

LA-based Artist Management company with clients that included Vince Gill, Restless Heart, Glenn Frey, Toto, The Jacksons, The Tubes among others. Acted as liaison between clients and managers. Prepared label copy from artists to record labels, acted as management liaison at video shoots, facilitated travel visas andpassports for international tours, assisted with recording needs of clients.
