Since 1996 I have worked as a systems analyst, web site designer and programmer.As a programmer, I specialize in small, complex and custom database applications in MS-Access.As an analyst, I am the liaison between the end users and the developers. In that capacity, I define the customer's needs in technical terms, help them make crucial value judgments and then ensure that the developers understand the requirements and execute them.

As Director of Marketing, I was responsible for marketing communications, sales support, and development of health care data products line of business. Supervised staff of five.As Product Manager, coordinated software development and implementation of new databases and attendant reports for CHS's main product, CHAP 2. CHAP 2 is a clinical information reporting system. Managed projects from initial design through beta test. Created training programs for internal staff and clients. Demonstrated new products to prospective and existing clients.

Responsible for customer services department which provided installation, training and support for hospital clinical information systems. Additionally, worked with developers and clients to design applications; documented, tested and supported installed hospital systems, including expert data entry and reporting systems
