Contributes to the achievement of short and long-term department/corporate goals, includingincreasing revenues by renewing and increasing the penetration of the appropriate products and services.Assigned existing accounts located within the assigned market. Drives the the renewal activities and programs for 51+ sized employer groups. Prepares account specific renewal strategies including product options, service enhancements, financial aspects and businessopportunities at assigned accounts. Serves as a negotiating liaison between internal and external parties, sell additional lines to existing customers, arrange to provide servicing and resolve issues and concerns for assigned accounts, and provide educational information to client, business and channel partnersExtensive experience in alternative funding arrangements, self funding, stop loss, and cost containment strategies to reduce an employers overall healthcare spend. Well versed in claims experience data review, utilization reports, and other data analytics to determine weaknesses and opportunities in a plan's health care expenses.

Support for Account Managers/Sales Executives by coordinating and participating in activities necessary to ensure sales, retention and maintenance of assigned 200+ accounts and the sale of additional lines of coverage. This includes development of group specific plans to ensure a successful renewal process, including working with Underwriting, developing timelines with group/broker for enrollment activities, andcoordinating with internal and external partners on implementation activities. Provide support to internal and external partners to insure group level service issues are research and resolved. Support to others within the team on the more complex service issues, and act as a subject matter expert on departmental and corporate projects.
