Heading the Re-Accreditation Process for APT College. Working with Government Agencies and coordinating with college departments.

• Keep All Student Records for Educational, Licensing, and Financial Departments• Meet all State Licensing Requirements • Keep Financial Records• Maintain all Computer Documents• Interview Families• Tour Prospective Families• Conduct all monthly Training • Recruit, Hire, and Train all teaching and assistant teaching staff• Enroll Students in a new school – reaching 100% capacity in 6 months timeframe• Achieved a 93% re-enrollment rate for the next year• Achieved 100% capacity for second year• Develop and write curriculum for an ongoing training program for Assistant Teachers and Teachers• Maintain all Continuing Education records for Staff• Mediate Staff and Parent Relationships; Employee Relations• Direct all Daily Operations of School
