As a small non-profit office the current position includes Marketing & Communications along with Education and assisting at the front desk as needed.Primary responsibilities include:• Coordinating and providing creative assets for annual awards event including signage, multi-page program, digital invitation and web page and managing awards applications• Working closely with Association committees to produce event assets including social media, printed fliers, signage, banners, invitations, programs, T-shirt designs and other materials as needed; coordinate with caterers, venues and corporate sponsors• Creating multiple newsletters and messaging using Constant Contact• Assisting members with various needs including class registration, lock box and sign purchases• Scheduling all Continuing Education offered through the Association including coordinating with instructors and sponsors, preparing spreadsheets for upload to CE Broker, submit forms to State for course and instructor certification, coordinate with printer on class materials, input course and class information into RAMCO (membership backend)

Serving local businesses, non-profits and community organizations on a freelance basis by providing creative and marketing services to meet their needs. Projects include logo design, print advertisements, brochures, press releases, posters, event programs, signage, newsletters and print media, all designed to encourage continuity in brand messaging.

As a single-person marketing office, there were several area of responsibility including:• Managing social media content to provide a visible presence for office, agents and corporate brand• Consulting with and assisting over 80 agents with messaging and promotion through personal brand logos, business card design, direct mail, brochures, fliers, social media and property signage• Advise agents on compliance with municipal and state regulations plus corporate standards• Coordinate and provide creative assets for annual awards and office sponsored events and programs• Network with other marketing directors within the brand, sharing ideas and successes (Coldwell Banker)• Introduce agents to the corporate product suite and troubleshoot within the suite (Coldwell Banker and Parks Lakeside)• Edit and maintain corporate sponsored office website (Coldwell Banker)

Created weekly and monthly publications, kept social media, website and welcome TV current; wrote press releases; promoted events; photographed activities; transmitted churchwide email communications; designed printed materials and supported committees and groups within the church.

Provided creative services for clients across the health system. Projects included design of newspaper advertisements, billboards, art for specialty items, brochures, fliers, rack cards, posters, signage and assigned projects.

Worked with buyers and merchandisers to increase sales through print advertising. Primarily responsible for copywriting newspaper advertisements and supplements; layout and design as needed.

Designed, wrote, photographed and produced four-color catalogs along with support materials for a national sales team. Created in-house forms and documents.
