I currently lead all Acquisition & Denovo Integration and Facility Project Management both for affiliated offices and MB2 HQ, while overseeing internal Practice and Owner Transitions, and our Events team, focused on MB2 HQ & Doctor Owner engagement. In addition, as Chief of Staff I liaison between field and central operations to create, enhance and evolve process, documentation and workflow, lead central operations cultural initatives to promote employee engagement & retention, and work to identify issues with workstream and communicaton to better the efficiences between centralized support departments and field operations.

As Vice President of Operations, I am operationally & financially responsible for MB2 Dental Solutions' Partner Offices (78 dental practices & growing!!) including all operational activity, financial analysis and strategy to support general dentistry, specialty services, and acquisitions growth to achieve year over year increase in key performance areas in service to dentist owners. I get to work with a skilled, talented and experienced group of Directors and fellow Executives who help me achieve the best results for our dentist owners!

Develops and sustains a strong partnership with DentalOne Partners corporate departments, specifically Revenue Cycle Operations & Business Intelligence, and regional operations leadership by providing regular, valuable and timely reporting, communication, and education/training opportunities to key team members. Creates, sustains and strengthens DentalOne Partners’ partnership with vendors, payers, employer groups, associations, and organizations to generate incremental revenue and business.
