About Susan Jessop

New home Project Coordinator, Contracts production specialist with 7 Years (or more) worth of experience! Actually my new home building experience started in 1983…but I’m in denial about my actual age, so we’ll start with the most recent experience.Being in the “hub” position between Sales, Design Upgrades , Contracts and Site staff, it is my primary function to purchase all items to build a home. This position makes me the “go-to” person for direct team members, Site Team Members, Trade Partners, Customer Coordinators, Designers, Sales, and Accounts Payable. I coordinate with every team, to make sure everyone has what they need to keep the job flowing and on time! Along the way I’ve acquired technical abilities for, reviewing architectural plans, contracts, scopes of work, estimating, negotiating prices etc.I am at my very best when I help others. I am the one who always answers the phone, responds to emails, takes on meeting requests, and helps those around me to improve their knowledge base. My biggest compliment is always – “I know this isn’t your job, but you always get me an answer!”I never miss an opportunity to mentor, train and give a big kudos for a job well done!
